Creating Multimedia for Web Pages

This course is designed for students who have successfully completed the Creating Web Pages with HTML course who wish to further explore topics in creating and designing graphics specifically for Web pages.

Macromedia Flash MX 2004 is the software program which will be predominantly used. This program allows users to create drawn objects, buttons, and animations for Web pages. Other graphic programs will be introduced also, including Photoshop and Fireworks.

A final project may involve students creating graphics for use on Web sites for teachers, clubs, or sports teams in the King Philip community.

Prerequisite: Creating Web Pages with HTML
